Remove
AeroRost II Roaster Cabinet and Door/Halogen Heat Source
from boxes and set on table. Carefully remove all
packing materials and tape. |

Slide the
Door/Halogen Heat Source onto the roaster cabinet and
plug the lamp into the cabinet receptable cord. |
| 3. |
Remove drum
from AeroRost II Roaster, pull drum door, place 1 pound of
green
beans into drum, replace drum door and insert into
AeroRost II Roaster. |
| 4. |
Check cycle
down switch on right side of coffee bean roaster and
point up in on position. |
| 5. |
Allow about 15-20 minutes for 1 pound of green beans to
roast to dark in a ventilated
area, preferably under a stovetop
ventilator or in front of a window fan. See Detailed
Roasting Chart. |

Once smoke is
visible rising from roaster the beans are roasted well
enough to check through the viewing window. |
| 7. |
Once roasting
cycle is complete or desired bean shade is reached
(light, medium, or dark) remove drum from roaster and
dump beans into a pan for cool down. |

Do Not Use
this Appliance Unattended. Be certain to check
into area environmental codes referring to commercial
food preparation or coffee roasting and keep a fire extinguisher
in work area as required by business and commercial food
preparation codes. |
