Roast by Wire Option

This easy to connect USB computer module facilitates real time monitoring and tracking of 1 line of data viewable in strip chart to track coffee bean temperatures from beginning of roast to end of roast cycle.  Software also allows logging of each roast cycle for review and comparison.

This option is also available for an additional $155 to the price of the Mini TostaCaffe' coffee bean roaster.  Includes 1 each 18 inch "K" type analog temperature probe for coffee bean temperature, USB data acquisition module, 6 ft. high speed USB cable, and Windows strip charting and logging software for laptop or desktop computer, Windows Vista, XP, ME, or 2000
