COOL DOWN SWITCH
OPERATION

Switch must be in on
position for drum rotation during roast cycle. |

Set timer for dark roast
of one pound of
green coffee beans approximately (15-20 minutes). Roast and
cool down must be in a well ventilated area. Overhead exhaust
hood or window fan. Powered exhaust system available as an
option. |

Once roast cycle is
complete, heating elements will auto shutoff, drum will continue to
rotate for cool down cycle, after 10-15 minutes manually turn off
rotisserie motor. The cool down cycle may be more effective
for small batches, 4-8 oz., for larger batches of 1 lb. it may be
necessary to remove the drum and dump the beans into a pan for
cooling. |

For rapid cool down of
large batches 1-10 pounds a cool down system is recommended for more
