New improved large (25" X 26") stainless steel tabletop cool down pan with variable speed  600 watt turbine powered vacuum motor to facilitate the rapid cool down and chaff removal of up to 15 lbs. of roasted coffee beans in two minutes.   Variable speed module allows lower volume cool down for smaller batches and can be adjusted for higher volume cool down for larger batches.
