If chaff removal isn't complete, it's best to use some type of hand blower directing the air stream onto the beans in a cooling pan or large bowl.  This will do a good job of removing remaining chaff.  Several types of vacuum powered cooldown pans can be found at this website.  These pans have 5/32 inch perforations which facilitate chaff removal.
