REGULAR ROAST:  The American Roast is the lightest roast of our coffees.  This roast tends to give coffees a smooth and creamy taste.

MEDIUM ROAST:  Often referred to as "Full-City" or "Viennese" this roast is sometimes preferred as an after dinner drink.  It is roasted slightly longer for just the right amount hearty, full-bodied tasted.

DARK ROAST:  The term French Roast may be derived from New Orleans where roasters would use frying pans to roast black coffee.  This roast is most popular because of its spicy and tangy taste.
