AeroRost II Phased Upgrades,  2003 to Present

Searching the world for an all electric one pound coffee drum roaster and finding none, I first introduced the AeroRost I in 2003 which was closely followed by the introduction of the AeroRost II in January 2004.  A more complete list of upgrades may be found below.

 
 
AeroRost I  - September 2003, 950 Watt Coffee Roaster
     
AeroRost II - January 2004, 500 Watt Halogen Upgrade Increased Roast Capacity and Reduced Roast Times.
    

AeroRost II - February 2004, Drum Motor Isolation Switch for No Heat Rotation Mode.

   

        

AeroRost II - March 2004, Drum Upgrade from 1/8" to 5/32" Perforated Sidewalls for Improved Chaff Removal and Better Viewing of Roasted Beans during Roast Cycle.

AeroRost II - April 2004, Roaster Power Cord Upgrade from 18 Ga. 4 Foot Length to 16 Ga. 9 Foot Length Grounded for More Power and Faster Roasts.
     
AeroRost II - November 2005, Bean Keepers™ installed to eliminate dropped beans and improve egress of drum door.
   
AeroRost II, December 2005, Right Gear Sidewall Strengthened for Improved Drum Tracking.
     
AeroRost II, April 2006, Drum size increased from 8 inches to 8 and 1/2 inches for larger batch sizes.
AeroRost II, April 2006, Computer Spin Balanced drums for smoother operation.
